Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
1.Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WeTakeIt (a Habezion Group company), you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or our service.
2.What WeTakeIt Is — And What It Is Not
WeTakeIt is a referral and lead-matching service. We operate a website that collects details about a job you want done and passes those details to independent, third-party hauling contractors in your area who may want the work.
WeTakeIt does not own trucks, does not employ drivers or crews, and does not transport, load, haul, store or dispose of any property. We do not perform the work described on this site. Independent contractors do.
WeTakeIt is not a motor carrier, is not a freight broker, and does not hold or claim to hold motor carrier operating authority.
3.Your Agreement Is With the Contractor
When you submit a request, we share your job details with one or more independent contractors. Any contractor who is interested contacts you directly, gives you their own price, and — if you accept — performs the work under a contract between you and that contractor.
WeTakeIt is not a party to that contract. We do not set, negotiate, approve, guarantee or collect the price. We do not supervise, direct or control how a contractor performs the work, what equipment they use, or when they arrive.
You are responsible for satisfying yourself, before work begins, that the contractor you choose is appropriate for your job — including confirming their insurance, their price, and what is and is not included. We encourage you to get more than one quote.
4.No Cost To Customers
Submitting a request through this site is free. WeTakeIt does not charge customers a fee, a commission, a booking charge or a markup, and we do not add anything to the contractor's price.
We are paid by contractors, who pay us a flat recurring subscription fee for access to job requests in their service area. That fee does not vary with the value of any job and is not a commission on your work.
5.Services We Do Not Offer Or Refer
We refer local, non-household-goods hauling work within Texas only. We do not offer or refer: household goods moving or home relocations; transportation crossing state lines; towing or roadside recovery; or the handling of hazardous, medical or otherwise regulated waste.
Transporting the contents of a household for compensation in Texas requires registration with the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles regardless of vehicle weight. We do not offer, arrange, refer or advertise household goods moving services.
If a contractor offers you a service outside the categories we refer, that is entirely between you and that contractor, and it falls outside these Terms and outside anything WeTakeIt has facilitated.
6.Contractor Obligations
Contractors who receive requests through WeTakeIt are required to represent that they operate lawfully, hold the licences and registrations applicable to the work they accept, carry current liability insurance, and hold any authority required for the services they perform.
We ask for documentation and remove contractors who fail to maintain it or who generate substantiated complaints. However, contractors are independent businesses. We do not and cannot continuously verify or guarantee any contractor's licensing, insurance, conduct, workmanship, pricing or timeliness.
7.Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
This site and our referral service are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that any contractor will contact you, quote you, accept your job, or perform it to your satisfaction.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeTakeIt is not liable for any act, omission, delay, damage, loss, injury, theft, property damage, overcharge, dispute or breach of contract arising out of work performed or not performed by an independent contractor, nor for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages of any kind.
Because we do not charge customers, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to any customer arising from use of this site or our referral service is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
Claims relating to the work itself — pricing, damage, no-shows, quality, or payment — must be pursued against the contractor who performed or agreed to perform the work. We will, on request, provide the contact and identifying information we hold for the contractor referred to you.
8.Accounts and Roles
Certain features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Access is granted on a role basis (customer, contractor, fleet owner, commercial account, and administrative roles). You must provide accurate information and may not use the service to submit false, duplicate or fraudulent requests.
9.Contractor Subscriptions and Payments
Contractor subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis, are charged for access to job requests rather than for any guaranteed volume of work, and may be cancelled at any time effective at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid for a completed period are non-refundable. We do not guarantee any number of requests, any conversion rate, or any revenue.
10.SMS / Text Message Program
Program: When you provide your mobile number while submitting a service request, you consent to receive transactional SMS text messages from WeTakeIt related to that request — including request confirmations, contractor-match alerts, and status updates.
Message frequency varies based on your activity and the status of your request. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will receive a confirmation and no further texts. For help, reply HELP or contact support@wetakerit.com or (817) 373-5563.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
11.How We Share Your Request
By submitting a request you authorise us to share the job details you provide — including your name, phone number, email address, job address and job description — with independent contractors in your area for the purpose of contacting you about that job. This is the entire function of the service.
Contractors receiving your details are contractually required to use them only to quote and perform your job and not to resell them or market unrelated products to you. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
12.Acceptable Use
You may not use this site to submit requests you do not intend to have performed, to harvest contractor or customer information, to impersonate another person, to interfere with the operation of the site, or for any unlawful purpose.
13.Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for any dispute lies in Tarrant County, Texas.
