For the properties you clear out monthly
Property managers, realtors, builders and retailers across Dallas–Fort Worth. Standing schedules, documented completions, and contractors who already know the work.
What a commercial account actually gives you
Recurring pickups
Set a standing schedule — weekly dumpster overflow, monthly jobsite runs, every-turnover cleanouts — and stop re-explaining the job each time.
Multiple properties, one account
Submit and track requests across every address you manage from a single login, with your team able to raise jobs themselves.
Documentation you can file
Before-and-after photos and completion records from contractors, so you have something to put in the file or send to an owner.
Contractors who know the work
We route commercial requests to contractors who regularly handle turnover and construction debris, not whoever happens to be free.
Accounts we set up most
Property managers & landlords
Move-out and eviction cleanouts, abandoned furniture, unit turnover debris, and the pile that appears next to the dumpster every weekend.
Realtors & estate professionals
Pre-listing clear-outs and estate cleanouts on a deadline, with photo documentation for the seller or executor.
Builders & remodellers
Jobsite debris, demolition material, offcuts and packaging — cleared between trades so the next crew can work.
Retail & office
Fixture removal, old shelving and displays, e-waste, and clear-outs during refits or relocations of equipment.

One thing we won't pretend
We are not going to sell you a guaranteed service level. The work is done by independent contractors, so a promised SLA from us would be a promise we have no mechanism to keep.
What we can do is put your recurring work in front of contractors who actually want it, keep the same one on your properties once you find a good fit, and chase it when someone goes quiet. For most property managers that turns out to be worth more than a clause nobody enforces.
WeTakeIt is a referral service, not a hauling company. Your job is quoted and performed by an independent local contractor who carries its own insurance and bills you directly.
