Fleet owner questions
Does WeTakeIt dispatch my trucks?
No. You run your own operation. We pass job requests in your service areas to your account, and your team decides which ones to pursue, how to price them, and how to schedule them. We do not assign work, direct your drivers, or control your routing.
How does my fleet get paid?
Your customers pay you directly, at the price you quote them. WeTakeIt does not collect, hold or route payment for hauling work, and does not take a cut. There is no payout cycle to wait on because the money never touches us.
What does it cost?
A flat monthly subscription based on how many service areas you want coverage in — never a commission or a per-job fee. Full tiers and prices are on our Partners page.
How many trucks do I need?
There is no minimum. If you run one truck, the contractor route on our Drive With Us page may be simpler. The fleet dashboard becomes worthwhile once you have drivers other than yourself to manage.
What do you require from us?
Current commercial general liability insurance, a registered business entity, valid licences for your drivers, and whatever registration applies to the vehicles and work you accept. We verify documentation at onboarding and remove partners who let it lapse.
Which service areas can I cover?
Any of the 13 Dallas–Fort Worth cities we operate in. You choose them, and you can change them as your capacity changes.
Will you send us moving jobs?
No. We do not refer household goods moving, interstate freight, towing, or hazardous waste. Every request you receive is local, non-household-goods hauling work.
