For Truck Owners

Stop buying leads that cost you a cut of every job

WeTakeIt sends Dallas–Fort Worth junk removal and hauling requests to your phone for one flat monthly fee. You quote your own price, bill the customer yourself, and keep every dollar.

Why This Is Different

Flat fee, not a commission

Most lead platforms take 10–30% of every job, or charge you per lead whether it closes or not. We charge a flat monthly fee and stay out of your pricing entirely.

Talk to us

WeTakeIt charges partners a flat subscription for access to customer requests. We do not set the price of your work, do not collect payment from your customers, and do not take a share of your job revenue. Every job is a direct contract between you and the customer.

What you need to join

  • A pickup, box truck, trailer, or dump truck under 26,001 lbs GVWR
  • Current commercial auto insurance
  • General liability insurance
  • Valid driver licence and a clean recent driving record
  • A business name and the ability to invoice customers directly
  • You handle your own disposal and dump fees

What we will not send you

  • Household goods moving — that needs a TxDMV licence we do not hold or refer
  • Vehicles or combinations at or above 26,001 lbs GVWR
  • Hazardous materials in placardable quantities
  • Any work outside Texas

You are an independent contractor, not a WeTakeIt employee. You are responsible for your own vehicle, insurance, disposal, taxes, and for confirming which registrations and permits apply to your operation.

Partner FAQ

Straight answers

Do you take a percentage of my jobs?

No. You pay one flat monthly fee and that is all. You set your own prices, you invoice the customer directly, and you keep 100% of what you charge. WeTakeIt never touches the money for your jobs.

How do I get paid?

Directly by the customer. You agree a price with them, you do the work, and you collect payment however you normally do — card, cash, invoice, your own app. WeTakeIt is not in the middle of that transaction.

Do I need a USDOT number or TxDMV number?

For local junk removal and hauling inside Texas with a vehicle under 26,001 lbs GVWR and no hazardous materials, generally no. You are responsible for confirming your own registration and licensing obligations for your specific vehicle and the material you carry, including any city permits and waste-disposal rules.

Can I do household goods moves through WeTakeIt?

No. Moving household goods for compensation in Texas requires TxDMV motor carrier registration regardless of vehicle weight. We do not offer or refer that work, and partners must not accept it through our leads.

How many leads will I actually get?

We are not going to make up a number. Volume depends on your service area, the season, and how fast you respond. Start on Starter, see the real volume in your area, and move up if it is worth it. Cancel any time.

What happens if I do not respond to a request?

It goes to another partner. Speed matters more than anything else in this business — customers usually hire whoever calls back first.
