Common questions
How quickly can a cleanout happen?
For a standard unit turnover, usually within a day or two of agreeing scope. Larger estate and hoarding-condition properties are typically multi-day and should be scheduled a week out where possible.
Can I get photo documentation?
Yes — ask the contractor for date-stamped before-and-after photos when you agree the scope. It is standard for deposit deductions, probate accounting and lender reporting.
Who is responsible for tenant belongings?
You are, as the property owner or manager. Texas has specific rules about handling property left after an eviction, and a cleanout contractor is not a substitute for following them. Confirm your legal position before scheduling removal.
Do you handle multiple units or a whole portfolio?
