If you have ever tried to get a couch hauled off in Fort Worth, you know the routine. You call four numbers. Two never call back. One quotes you a price on the phone and a different one in your driveway. The fourth turns out to be a national booking site that sold your number to whoever paid most that morning.
WeTakeIt is the opposite arrangement. You tell us once what you need moved. We pass it to insured hauling contractors working in your part of the metroplex. They contact you directly with their own price, and you deal with the one you like. We are not in the middle of your money and we do not add anything to your bill.
We are a Fort Worth business, part of Habezion Group, and we work in this metroplex only. The contractors on our list are people running trucks in the same towns we live in — which is the whole reason the accountability works.
How we actually make money
Contractors pay us a flat monthly subscription to receive job requests in their service area. That is the entire business model.
It is deliberately not a commission. If we took a percentage of every job, we would have an incentive to push you toward the most expensive contractor — and you would have no way of knowing. A flat fee means our revenue is identical whether your job is $90 or $900, so we have no reason to steer you anywhere except toward someone who will show up.
WeTakeIt is a referral service, not a hauling company. Your job is quoted and performed by an independent local contractor who carries its own insurance and bills you directly.

No fee, no commission, no markup on what a contractor quotes you. We are paid by contractors on a flat monthly subscription, so nobody has a reason to inflate your price.
Insurance checked before anyone gets your number
Contractors provide business details and proof of current liability coverage before they can receive a single request. Documentation lapses, and they stop receiving them.
Local, and only local
We cover 13 cities around Fort Worth and nothing else. We are not a national lead broker reselling your details into a call centre three states away.
We say what we do not do
No household goods moving, no interstate freight, no towing, no hazardous waste. Being clear about the edges is more useful to you than a service list that promises everything.
